A quote is based on the information available when it is prepared. Parts availability, hidden damage, incorrect vehicle information or additional work may change the final scope or price. We will explain and seek approval for material additional work before proceeding.
Bookings depend on the job being suitable for mobile completion and the location having owner permission, safe access, a firm level working area and enough space around the vehicle. We may pause, relocate or decline work if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
Gill Automotive repairs suitable faults identified on an inspection sheet. We do not issue WOF or COF certificates. The customer must return the vehicle to an authorised inspection provider for any required inspection or recheck.
An inspection records accessible observations and diagnostic information available at the inspection time. It is not a WOF, certification, valuation or guarantee against every existing or future fault. Some defects may be concealed, intermittent or require dismantling or specialist testing.
Insurance assistance, Afterpay and Work and Income quotes are subject to the relevant provider’s eligibility, approval and conditions.
Nothing in these service terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.
